Kayla was a gem in so many ways. My 5 year-old daughter and I came in on a whim after shopping and they were able to walk us in immediately for manicures. My daughter picked her colors, and I showed a picture of a pastel, spring-time ombré gradient design. Kayla was very helpful in choosing colors, and her work was very diligent in getting it right. I didn't realize how time consuming color gradient work is! 

Not only did she look out for my best interests, but one of the glitter polished my daughter picked didn't "pop" as much as we hoped, and Kayla advocates for her really well with that technician and got her to redo those nails in a different glitter. My daughter loved her.

Beyond that, my phone was at about 6% and she offered to charge it for me while we were waiting. AMAZING. And THEN, when my daughter was done and waiting for me, she graciously moved my charging phone to an outlet closer to my daughter so that it would charge AND keep my little one entertained! This is a level of service I rarely ever see! And of course, her nail work was precise and she was so focused on perfection - I love that she didn't settle for "meh" like other nail artists I've seen.
